SETTING
This luxurious but delightfully comfortable two storey home sits in extra large grounds, set back to give privacy. Soak in the stunning views from the roof terrace, spanning Clearwater Lake and two other surrounding lakes. At the front of the house, shielded by trees and shrubs, is a small croquet lawn.

INSIDE
The 4 large bedrooms are air conditioned and have their own bathrooms. There is also a desk in each bedroom, to enable working from home. The master bedroom has a chaise lounge and 2 designer chairs from which to enjoy an uninterrupted view of the lake. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a stylish dining table and chairs to entertain your family and friends.
OUTSIDE
During the summer explore the lakes in a kayak, paddle boards* or cycle the forest trails. A BBQ is provided on the deck with a bistro café set to the side of the property to catch the morning sun.

DESIGN
A combination of luxury and style underlies this fabulous and supremely comfortable lakehouse. There is also a modern art collection and playful artistic features as additional and delightful points of interest. Modern design features include solar glass in south facing rooms and a state of the art mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system.
