Oakley Capital sought to host a strategic planning retreat for its global leadership team at an offsite location. The event aimed to facilitate in-depth discussions on the firm’s long-term growth strategy, foster stronger team bonding, and culminate in a celebratory gala dinner.

Morning: The day commenced with a wellness activity – a guided meditation session followed by a nature walk around the resort’s serene lake. This helped reinvigorate attendees ahead of the final strategy discussions.
Afternoon: The leadership team reconvened for additional strategy sessions, solidifying the firm’s key priorities and action items for the year ahead.
Evening: The day concluded with a celebratory gala dinner at the Lakes Bar and Kitchen. The elegant affair featured a sit-down meal and live music.
Departure: As the event drew to a close, attendees expressed gratitude for the productive and memorable retreat. Many remarked on how the picturesque setting and a variety of activities had rejuvenated both their minds and their team spirit.

Lotus drivers are creative, dynamic and different. With this in mind, the Lakes was Lotus’ first choice to host its press event. Beautiful, elegant and relaxed, with special, bespoke touches too. The location of the Lakes was a huge draw too. Far enough away from London – where our guests lived – to feel special and give the senses of an escape, yet close enough to spend quality time on location.
