Your responsibilities include addressing guest requests, assisting with deliveries, and resolving maintenance issues and complaints. You’ll also ensure rental properties are well-maintained, procure and replace inventory, and manage security deposits. Your proactive, hands-on approach and hospitality experience will be key in maintaining our high standards and guest satisfaction.
