Enjoy an open plan living kitchen area (with separate utility area) with Woolf hob with teppanyaki pan, double fridge wine cooler and bar area. The downstairs sofa area faces a real log fire with a 65inch smart tv. There is also a cinema room with surround sound and 60inch smart tv.

Outside an extended decking area has formal seating and a large sofa area with surrounding fire pit (gas). Step down on to the lower level for a swim or to utilise 2 irocker paddle boards.

Ophelia Lodge has uninterrupted views across Clearwater lake from 3 double bedrooms and the 4th bedroom contains a bunk bed with reading lights a desk and wardrobe space. The upstairs terrace can be accessed directly from 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
